The National Labor Relations Board (the Board) petitions for enforcement of its order that the Lloyd A. Fry Roofing Company (Fry) violated section 8(a)(1) of the National Labor Relations Act (the Act), 29 U.S.C. § 151 et seq. by constructively discharging an employee because he filed complaints respecting the safety of Frys equipment. For the reasons set forth below, we grant enforcement.
